Doubled up rafters and added steel rod supports to bring roof to code and snow load capacity, completed June 2024

Exterior roof (south side) – new Ice And Water Shield and new shingles installed, June 2025

Installing Safety Features

New doors installed – ADA compliant access, completed June 2024 (final landscaping required for full ADA access compliance)

Electrical wiring per electrical permit 90% in place, wiring for fire alarm system and fire alarm system will complete, Spring 2026
Landscaping won’t commence until all major building and road construction is complete – completion date TBD.

Recreation Hall Addition (restroom facilities)

Restrooms, utility room (for mechanical, plumbing, and heating), storage room, and concession space, not yet started. Construction date TBD
Subsoil, sub-ground utilities, new concrete slab, landscaping, septic system construction, summer 2026

Lakeside Cabin

Rear doorway entrance – ADA compliant installed. ADA compliant gravel pathway to rear cabin entrance in progress. Trees removed, pathway cut out and level D gravel installed, June 2024
Four-room floor plan revised to 2 room floor plan, and construction per plan completed, June 2024
All electrical wiring and boxes installed to code, completed June 2024
New windows and doors installed, June 2024
Cabins complete except for ADA rear cabin access ramp
