Why wait for summer to shred the fluffy white waves? The Yak Attack Downhill Kayak Race brings your favorite white watersport to the snowy hills of Lake George West. So, grab your boat and join us for our 5th annual race! We still aren’t sure if the competitors or the spectators have the most fun?!?

The fastest time of two runs wins. There will also be prizes for the best outfit and cleanest run.

Participants are required to: wear a helmet, sign waiver/hold harmless agreement at check-in, and NEED TO BE PRE-REGISTERED before hitting the hill!

Additional Details:

Check-in at 11 a.m. so we can organize competitors
Starts at 11:30 a.m. to 1 ‘ish p.m.
Each participant will have 2 runs, best individual run time stands
Fastest time wins
Tie will result in a tie-breaker run
Last year we had regular whitewater kayaks, play boats, and a whitewater canoe racer. These are all acceptable boats to race.
Prizes will be awarded after the race has ended!
