Join us for the 2023 Downhill Kayak Race

Are you ready to join us for some snowtastic fun? Grab your boat and join us on February 18th for our Downhill Yak Race! This is our 4th year for this event, and what a great time! We still aren’t sure if the competitors or the spectators have the most fun?

All those who participate are required to: wear a helmet, sign waiver/hold harmless agreement and NEED TO PRE-REGISTER!

Race Details

• Starts at 12:00PM
• Please arrive early 11:45ish so we can get competitors setup and ready
• Each participant will have 2 runs, best individual run time stands
• Fastest time wins
• Tie will result in a tie-breaker run
• Last year we had regular whitewater kayaks, play boats and a whitewater canoe racer. These are all acceptable boats to race.

Prizes will start after race has ended

• Fastest time 1st Place: $150
• Best Dressed $75
• Cleanest Run $50
